Ingredients:
1 pound Elbow Macaroni, cooked according to package directions

1 tbsp Olive Oil

1 pound Ground Beef, lean

1 large Yellow Onion, diced

2 Garlic Cloves, freshly minced

1 green pepper, seed and diced

1 ½ tsp Oregano

1 tsp Basil, dried

1 tsp Parsley, chopped

1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

1 tsp Salt

½ tsp Black Pepper

2 cans Diced Tomatoes, undrained

How to make The Best Goulash Recipe:
Step 1. Cook the pasta according to package directions

Step 2. In a skillet over medium high heat, heat the Olive Oil, then crumble and cook the ground beef

Step 3. Drain the excess grease from the skillet

Step 4. Add the onions, green peppers, and garlic to the meat and saute for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally

Step 5. Add in the Basil, oregano, salt and pepper, parsley and Worcestershire Sauce

Step 6. Stir to combine

Step 7. Saute for 2 to 3 minutes

Step 8. Add in the tomatoes with the juice

Step 9. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes

Step 10. Add the drained pasta and stir to coat

Step 11. Cover and cook for 3 minutes
