HOMEMADE BACON RANCH PASTA SALAD

Ingredients:
1 medium carrot, peeled & shredded

½ cup frozen peas, thawed

1 medium tomato, diced

1 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled

2 cups bowtie pasta

2 tbsp. ranch seasoning mix

¾ cup mayonnaise

Instructions:
Pour water into a pot over medium-high heat and bring to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions or until al Dante. Once done, drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside.
Add peas, cooked pasta, tomato, carrot, and half of the crumbled bacon
in a large bowl.
Add half of the ranch seasoning and mayonnaise in a separate smaller bowl and mix until well combined.
Add the ranch-mayonnaise mixture to the bowl with the pasta and vegetables. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
Top the salad with the remaining crumbled bacon.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours before serving.
