🛒 Ingredients (Serves 6–8)
2 cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls (with icing packets)
2 medium apples (Honeycrisp or Granny Smith), peeled & diced
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg (optional)
½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup milk or heavy cream
Optional toppings: chopped pecans or walnuts
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prep
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish
Cut cinnamon rolls into quarters; set icing aside
2️⃣ Cook the Apples
Melt butter in a pan over medium heat
Add apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg
Cook 5–7 minutes until slightly softened
Stir in vanilla and remove from heat
3️⃣ Assemble
Spread cinnamon roll pieces evenly in baking dish
Spoon cooked apples over the top
Pour milk or cream evenly over everything
Sprinkle nuts if using
4️⃣ Bake
Cover loosely with foil and bake 25 minutes
Uncover and bake another 10–15 minutes until golden and bubbly
5️⃣ Glaze & Serve
Warm icing packets slightly and drizzle over bake
Serve warm for best texture
