Sourdough
Ingredients:
500 g bread flour
350 ml water
100 g sourdough starter (or 7 g instant yeast)
10 g salt
Steps:
1. Mix flour and water, rest 30 minutes.
2. Add starter and salt, mix well.
3. Let rise 3–4 hours with occasional folds.
4. Shape, chill 8–12 hours
