1 medium apple, grated (with peel)

1 small carrot, finely grated

1 cup water or unsweetened almond milk

Pinch of salt

1 tablespoon chopped walnuts or almonds

1 teaspoon chia seeds or flaxseeds

Boil liquid

Cook oats
