Recipes Masala Corn Cups

Ingredients
2 cups sweet corn (boiled or steamed)

1 tablespoon butter

½ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)

½ teaspoon red chili powder

¼ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon chaat masala

¼ teaspoon roasted cumin powder

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon finely chopped onion (optional)

1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander leaves

Optional add-ons:

Pinch of paprika or peri-peri seasoning

Grated cheese (optional)

Instructions
Heat corn
Add boiled corn to a pan on low heat and add butter. Mix until butter melts and coats the corn.

Season
Add salt, red chili powder, black pepper, chaat masala, and cumin powder. Mix well.

Cook briefly
Cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring so spices coat evenly.

Finish fresh
Turn off heat. Add lemon juice, chopped onion, and coriander.

Serve
Spoon into cups and serve hot. Add cheese if desired.
