Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) ground beef or thinly sliced steak
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 green bell pepper, finely chopped (optional)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp soy sauce (optional, for extra flavor)
1 tsp paprika or chili powder (optional for spice)
Salt & black pepper, to taste
1 cup shredded mozzarella (or provolone/cheddar)
Egg roll wrappers (or spring roll wrappers)
1 egg, beaten (for sealing)
Oil for frying (vegetable or canola)

Instructions:
1. Cook the Beef Filling
Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add a little oil, then cook onion, pepper, and garlic until soft.
Add the beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
2. Assemble the Rolls
Place one wrapper on a flat surface, corner facing you (diamond shape).
Add 2–3 tbsp of beef mixture in the center.
Top with a generous sprinkle of shredded mozzarella.
Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly.
Seal the edge with beaten egg.
3. Fry the Rolls
Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
Fry rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy (about 3–4 minutes).
Drain on paper towels.
4. Serve
Sprinkle with fresh parsley (optional).
Serve hot with ranch, chipotle mayo, or marinara sauce for dipping.
