Quick and easy sausage muffins for breakfast
Tips:
450g of morning sausages,
125ml of Bisquick pancake mix.
For the cheese, chop 250ml of sharp cheddar cheese.
4 eggs.
Instructions:
Butter a 12-cup muffin tin and preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
The morning sausage should be browned and crumbled in a pan over medium heat. Drain off any excess fat.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs. Stir in the sausage and cheese until well combined. The cooked sausage should be incorporated.
Fill each muffin tin about two-thirds full with batter.
When a toothpick inserted into the center of the muffins comes out clean, they are done baking, which should take about 20 minutes.
After a few minutes, the muffins should be ready to eat.
With just a few basic ingredients, these easy sausage breakfast muffins prove that good food doesn’t have to be complicated. My husband, even more than we do, looks forward to them first thing in the morning. After tasting these muffins, you won’t want to go back.
