35g Nescafé instant coffee (approximately 4 tbsp)
120g sugar (2/3 cup)
140ml very cold water (2/3 cup)

400ml heavy cream (33-36%)
80ml sweetened condensed milk
Step-by-Step Preparation: Prepare the coffee base.

Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Using an electric mixer, whip the mixture at medium-high speed for 5 to 7 minutes
until you obtain a firm, smooth, and light-colored foam.
Whip the cream.

In a chilled mixing bowl, pour the heavy cream.
Whip it at medium speed until stiff peaks form.
Then, gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk with a spatula to maintain the lightness.
