Ingredients:
1 lb chicken tenders
4 tbsp butter, melted
3 tbsp honey
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 cup breadcrumbs
Cooking spray
Instructions:
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, honey, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper , stirring until well blended.
Dip each chicken tender into the honey butter mixture, coating evenly.
Roll the tenders in breadcrumbs, pressing gently to ensure a good coating.
Spray the air fryer basket lightly with cooking spray, then arrange the tenders in a single layer.
Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
