Ingredients
3 cups white chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup caramel sauce, room temperature
Instructions
Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
In a microwave-safe glass bowl, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
Microwave the mixture for 90 seconds, then stir well. Heat in additional 15-second intervals if needed, stirring between each, until mostly smooth.
Stir in the vanilla extract and chopped pecans until evenly distributed.
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly to about 1-inch thickness.
Drizzle the caramel sauce over the top and gently swirl using a knife or spatula.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.
Lift the fudge from the pan, cut into squares, and serve.
