The Golden Milk (Turmeric Latte)
This drink is packed with antioxidants and healthy fats that support digestion and improve sleep quality.

Ingredients
1 cup of milk (dairy or plant-based like almond or oat milk)

1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder (curcuma)

1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger

1 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup (optional)

A pinch of black pepper (important: it helps your body absorb the turmeric)

1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil or ghee (optional, for better absorption)

Instructions
Heat the milk: In a small saucepan, bring the milk to a light simmer over medium heat. Do not let it boil vigorously.

Mix the spices: Whisk in the turmeric, ginger, black pepper, and coconut oil.

Simmer: Let the mixture simmer for about 3 to 5 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally. This helps the flavors meld together.

Sweeten: Remove from heat, pour into a mug, and add your honey or maple syrup once it has cooled down slightly.

Enjoy: Drink it warm about 30 minutes before going to bed.
